Staff was helpful. They answered all my questions about local attractions.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. the breakfast area in the basement felt uninviting. It reminded me of eating in a parking garage.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. they offered useful dining recommendations and made our check-in process quick. the hotel's central location proved ideal. I could easily walk to various attractions. additionally, the log-style furnishings created a unique atmosphere.
i experienced noise disturbances due to street activity. opening the window was necessary because of the lack of air conditioning, but this introduced external noise. the ear defenders provided by the hotel were a thoughtful gesture, but i still found the noise disruptive (particularly late at night).

I appreciated the hotel's central location. I easily walked to many shops and restaurants. The underground parking provided convenient access, and the staff offered prompt assistance when requested for extra wine glasses, we were comfortable. Beds were comfortable, providing great nights of sleep.
The hotel lacked air conditioning in the room, stuffy despite using the fan. This was inconvenient.
